Getting started

Set up your operator workspace and get your first itinerary ready to share.

1. Create your account

Open KaribuOps and choose Sign Up. Enter your account details and follow any email confirmation steps shown during registration. Once signed in, you’ll land in your operator workspace.

2. Set up your workspace

Start with your organization details and the contact information travelers should use. Add your brand colors, logo, and social links from Branding when you’re ready to publish a traveler-facing experience.

3. Add activities and places to stay

Add activities and accommodations to your catalog. Include clear descriptions, locations, prices, operating days, and the details travelers need to make an informed choice. New catalog records can be kept as drafts while you prepare them.

4. Build an itinerary

Create an itinerary from the Itineraries area. Arrange activities and accommodation by day, add operator notes, review pricing, and preview the traveler experience before publishing.

5. Share and review requests

Choose the itinerary’s visibility when publishing. Travelers can explore a public catalog or use a private link, depending on the option you select. Booking requests appear in your Bookings area for your team to review.

A useful setup checklist

Before sharing your catalog, check the following:

  • Your organization name and traveler contact details are correct.
  • Activities and accommodations have accurate prices, locations, and availability details.
  • Your itinerary schedule and traveler-facing descriptions are complete.
  • Your itinerary visibility matches the audience you intend to reach.
  • A teammate has the access level they need, and no more.
